Upper Peninsula Health Plan (UPHP) members enrolled in Michigan Medicaid may have dental benefits, but those benefits are not provided by UPHP, which provides medical benefits only.

Healthy Kids Dental provides dental services to UPHP members who are:

•   Enrolled in Michigan Medicaid.
•   Younger than 21 years.

This program’s services are provided by Delta Dental —not by UPHP. Enrollees in Healthy Kids Dental carry a Delta Dental card and must see a dentist who specifically participates with Healthy Kids Dental.
