UPHP Update: National Immunization Awareness Month Underway

During our latest update on Sunny 101.9, UPHP Clinical Coordinator, Chelsea Ely, joined Mark and Walt in the Morning to discuss National Immunization Awareness Month in August.

She talked about how getting vaccinated helps our communities stay healthy as a whole, and how the month of August is a perfect time of year to get vaccinated as the school year is just around the corner. Ely also shared some information about how people can find out what immunizations they need, and what steps people of all ages should take to get up to date on immunizations.
