MDHHS myHealthPortal and myHealthButton

The State of Michigan offers the myHealthPortal online tool and the myHealthButton mobile app to give current members enrolled with Michigan Medicaid program, Healthy Michigan Plan, MIChild and/or the Children’s Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) program access to fast, secure Medicaid health plan information.  To use these tools, you’ll need a MILogin account and to verify your identity. Make sure your name and information match what’s on file in MI Bridges.

With myHealthButton (mobile) and myHealthPortal (web), you can:

  • View your benefits and coverage
  • Access your miHealth card
  • See your immunization records from the Michigan Care Improvement Registry (MCIR)
  • Find a doctor or provider
  • Complete a Health Risk Assessment
  • Review your claims and health history
  • Request transportation services (if eligible)
  • Manage information for children or dependents
  • Choose your preferred language in the app settings
