MI Health Link Ombudsman

The MI Health Link Ombudsman (MHLO) serves as an advocate and problem-solver for beneficiaries enrolled in MI Health Link.  All of their services are free and they keep all beneficiary information confidential.  The MHLO can:

  • Answer questions about MI Health Link
  • Help solve problems with care, services, and benefits
  • Connect beneficiaries to other resources
  • Assist with grievances and appeals
  • File complaints

The MHLO hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time.  You can contact the MHLO by phone toll-free at 1-888-746-MHLO (1-888-746-6456) (TTY: 711) or by email at help@MHLO.org.
