Register for the UPHP Claims Portal
By having access to the portal, you will be able to:
- View and search claim submissions, including claim status and response history
- Upload enrollment files and view search history of submission and downloads
- View and respond to messages related to claims
Please follow the Provider Registration Guide regarding registration and further information regarding portal functions.
When you register for an account, you will receive an email with a new user security form attached. Your account will not be activated until you submit this form to the UPHP Help Desk.

Register for the UPHP Assist Provider Portal
By having access to the portal, you will be able to:
- View member current and historical UPHP coverage
- View member claim details and benefit accumulators
- View member ID cards
- View and submit prior authorizations
- Communicate with UPHP staff

As a reminder, the UPHP Assist Provider Portal will not replace the current UPHP Claims portal, as functionality between the two portals differ.

We recommend utilizing CHAMPS to verify Medicaid eligibility as they are responsible for the enrollment and disenrollment of our members and will provide the most up to date information. You are also able to contact our Claims Services at 906-225-7746 or Customer Service at 800-835-2556 to verify a UPHP member’s eligibility.
